SkillZONE manager

I have been part of the SkillZONE team since 2019 initially joining as Resources and Volunteer Manager. In 2020 I became the temporary SkillZONE Manager becoming permanent in July 2021. I thoroughly enjoy my role as Manager supporting the team, planning and implementing the future development of SkillZONE.

I’m Louise, Early Years Support Officer for early years and key stage 1. I have been at SkillZONE since it opened in 2012, and have been working with EY and KS1 children since 2019. I deliver fire safety and prevention sessions in nurseries and infant schools across Gloucestershire, and I love meeting the children and helping them learn how to keep themselves safe.

I joined SkillZONE in January 2022. My role consists of welcoming new volunteers and supporting our existing volunteers to make SkillZONE the best possible environment for Children and Young People to learn our key safety messages.

Anita Dobbs – Business Coordinator

I am Anita the SkillZONE Business Co-ordinator and I act as the first point of contact for enquiries to SkillZONE. I manage the SkillZONE bookings and hires and liaise with schools and other agencies regarding their bookings. I also carry out administrative duties to support the services we provide.
