Custody suite

Custody suite

In our custody suite visitors will discuss why someone may be in custody.  They will find out what happens when a person is arrested and can experience how it feels to be held in a cell.

Useful information

The age of criminal responsibility is 10 years in England and Wales.  This means a primary school child could be arrested if the police suspect they have committed a crime.

The police can hold suspects for up 36 hours.
